Tokyo Taste

The World Summit of Gastronomy 2009 is Asia's first gastronomy summit and will be hosted by Japan from 9-11 February 2009.

The summit will take place in Tokyo and will include demonstrations by chefs of Japan and the world, including Joel Robuchon, Ferran Adria (El Bulli), Nobuyuki Matsuhisa (Nobu) and Heston Blumenthal.
