1. Japan Travel Consultants & Marketing Executives
(Dublin & London)
Unique Japan Tours are currently recruiting for a number of positions. All positions will have an element of sales involved (selling Travel Packages/Holidays to Japan).
If you have any three of the skills below then you are eligible to apply:
- Spent at least 3 months or more living, studying or working in Japan
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business/Sales/IT
- Minimum 1 Year Online & Traditional Marketing Work Experience
- Minimum 3 Years Travel Industry Sales Experience
- Associations with Ireland, England, Scotland, or Wales Rugby Clubs
- Intermediate or Higher Japanese Language Skills
Essential to all Applicants:
- Must hold valid work permit in Ireland up until September 2019 at a minimum.
- Minimum of 12 months commitment needed.
- Fluent English Speakers only.
- Available to work in Dublin or London Office from October 2018.
- Two months training in Dublin Office from October 2018.

2. Accounts Administrator
We have an opening for an experienced accounts administrator to handle every day book keeping jobs such as data entry (using TASbooks Accounting Software), producing monthly P&L’s, Balance Sheets, Cash flow reports, making payments via online banking to domestic and overseas suppliers.
Essential Skills & Experiences:
– Knowledge of Irish Accounting deadlines, dates, and software systems (TAS used)
– Vat & Revenue Returns using ROS
– Payroll with company accountant
– Preparation of end of year accounts
– Excellent organisational skills
– Gatekeeper for all accounts related queries
– Fluent English
– Experience in similar role in another company essential. You will be working on your own and expected to know the basics from the very start.
Immediate Start.
Minimum one year but preferred 2-3 year commitment.
