A report from NHK news has reported that Japan is likely to reopen to individual tourist wishing to experience self-guided travel in Japan. The one catch is that they will still demand that the tourist books through a travel agency with on-the-ground support services to help deal with any situation that may arise when their client is in Japan. No date has been finalised as of yet, but it is expected that this reopening of self-guided tours could become a possibility as early as sometime in September!
